Joey King is an popular American actress. King debuted with her first film ‘Reign Over Me’ in 2006. She played her first role as Adam Sandler’s in her debuted film. But her first lead role in ‘Ramona and Beezus’ in 2010. Joey King was also seen in ‘The Suite Life of Zack and Cody’ series and she was featured in the two episodes of this series. At an early age, she won the Kids Choice Award for Favorite Movie Actress. She is best known for her child character in comedy film, ‘Ramona and Beezus’.

She started her career at the age of four in Hollywood. It’s the influence of her grandmother that she is into the acting world very early. When she was just 4 years old she appeared in the commercial for ‘life and cereal’. Later, she started auditioning for TV roles.  Joey King once dated her co-star Jacob Elordi from ‘the kissing booth’. Joey also participates in social and charitable work with her grandmother whenever she gets free time. Selena Gomez is a very good friend of Joey King. She has also done a voice work for major animated movies. Joey can be seen in one of the Taylor Swift’s music video, ‘Mean’.

Joey King was born on 30 July 1999, in Los Angeles, California, United States. Joey’s full name is Joey Lynn King. Her family includes her mother, grandmother and her two sisters. Her both the sisters are actress too. She once said that she is a part Jewish and part Christian. Before debuting into Hollywood she was featured in many of the commercials. Her first commercial was for ‘life and cereal’ and after that she worked as a professional model and did 100 over commercials.

She don’t really belongs to an acting family but because of her grandmother’s influence on her made her a model and an actress at that early age and its been 10 years of her in the industry. She participated in 2018 for Our Lives with her family. Her father was an arm-wrestling champion and was a known face in the city. He also worked as a consultant for Sylvester Stallone who is an actor. Her grandmother performed in live theaters. She was once travelling through flight and one man denied to sit next to her. This was because it was the time when she recently shaved her head for the role in the film. The man thought that she is diagnosed with cancer and won’t sit next to her because he feared the disease contracting to him.

On this incident, she posted and shared it by writing “I am on a plane and this man next to me literally turned to me with his phone in my face and took a photo as if I wouldn’t notice and texted his wife that he is sitting next to a girl who has cancer, you people are stupid sometimes”.
